Masterclass on the Labor Modernization Act

On April 16, we held a very important event: a masterclass explaining the key points of the new Labor Modernization Act. The presentation was led by Dr. Alejandro Vommaro, an attorney specializing in corporate labor law and a founding partner of the law firm Reibel – Vommaro & Associates.

During the meeting, Dr. Vommaro explained the main changes and continuities outlined in the regulation. He also provided practical examples and legal advice to help business owners begin making the necessary adjustments.

The talk was co-organized by Jorge Golmajer, a human resources specialist with over 30 years of experience in talent management, executive recruitment, and organizational consulting. In addition to co-organizing and moderating the talk, he was one of the key figures behind the conception of this event. We would also like to give special recognition to Gabriel Indihar, an economist and current CEO of Omega Bursátil, a firm dedicated to providing financial and stock market services, for hosting us at their offices and sponsoring such a productive event.
