Sloar’s First Participation in UCCE Meetings

On Wednesday, July 15, our vice president, Antonio Oblak, participated in the monthly meeting of the Union of Foreign and Binational Chambers of Commerce (UCCE).

The meeting took place at the Italian Embassy in Argentina and began with welcoming remarks by the president of the Italian Chamber of Commerce, Giorgio Alliata di Montereale. Next, the Italian ambassador to Argentina, Fabrizio Nicoletti, addressed those in attendance, followed by a presentation by economist Orlando Ferreres titled “The Argentine Economy and Its Outlook Through 2027.”

The meeting brought together representatives from 40 chambers of commerce from Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America, creating a space for enriching exchange on current issues and prospects for international trade.

We thank all the participants and, especially, the Italian Embassy and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Argentina for hosting us and making possible yet another gathering that promotes dialogue, cooperation, and the strengthening of trade ties between Argentina and the world.
