Presentation of the virtual map of Slovenian businessmen and professionals in Argentina

Last Friday, July 5th, we were part of a very special event: the official launching of the Slovenian business map in São Paulo, Brazil. This tool, created and developed by our colleagues from Slobraz, based on the initiative of Tatjana Mocenik and Mr. Gorazd Renčelj, consists of a virtual database of companies and professionals with Slovenian roots, which aims to promote and give greater visibility to all those who are part of our institution.

During the event, the president of Slobraz, Alexander Hlebanja, gave some warm words of welcome and joy for a new cooperation door that opens between both institutions. Then our president, Mr. Martin Križ, gave a brief speech, in which he presented the activity of SLOAR in its first three years and thanked for the constant support received.

Also participating in this great event were the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia, Tanja Fajon, who was accompanied by some members of her cabinet, the Slovenian Ambassador to Brazil, Mrs. Mateja Kračun, the Honorary Consul of Slovenia in São Paulo, Mr. Octavio Oliva Filho, the former president of Slobraz, Štefan Bogdan Šalej, other members of Slobraz and several businessmen and professionals interested in the expansion of this great initiative.
