On Saturday, April 12, we had the opportunity to receive in the Slovenian center of Pristava a delegation of the Slovenian government, which is currently visiting different Slovenian communities in South America. The delegation consisted of MP Suzana Lep Šimenko, President of the parliamentary committee for Slovenians abroad, MP Vera Granfol, MP Franci Kepa, Ms. Jasna Vrecko, Head for South America of the Ministry for Slovenians abroad and Polona Klemenčič, who represents the same organization.

From April 7th to april 13th, Deper Argentina, the partner company of the Pernarčič family, was part of the 34th edition of Bauma, the world’s leading trade fair for construction machinery, mining machines, construction vehicles and equipment in Münich, Germany. There, its stand was located, which is a great recognition of the work and effort and a great incentive and pride for the entire Sloar community.

On Thursday, December the 5th, a new edition of our well-known annual event took place, this time at the home of one of our great partners, Universidad del CEMA.

On Saturday, November 23, several members of our board of directors were invited to participate in the welcome event for the visit to Argentina of the Vice President, Minister of Finance and Acting Minister of Digital Transformation of the Republic of Slovenia, Klemen Boštjančič.

Between November 14 and 17 we had the opportunity and the honor to participate, in Mendoza, in a new edition of the “Martinovanje”. During those days, several representatives of our Chamber were present at this event, which allowed us to strengthen ties with Slovenia and all its representatives in our country.

On October 22nd, together with the Chargé d’Affaires of the Slovenian Embassy in Argentina, Igor Šef, we had the opportunity to visit the metallurgical company Tas Eme.

Finally, on Wednesday, October 2nd, came one of the most awaited encounters, the meeting at the offices of the Urad Vlade R.S za Slovence v zamejstvu in po svetu (in English known as the Office for Slovenians around the World).

Continuing our working days in Europe, the first week of October we visited the Gospodarska Zbornica Slovenije (in English: the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Slovenia).

On Monday, September 30th, following the working trip of our president Martin Križ through Europe, we were part of a very special meeting at the Slovenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Last Tuesday, September 24th, within the framework of the business trip of our president Martin Križ to Europe, we had the opportunity to establish a meeting with two great colleagues in Rimini, Italy.
